Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love our products as much as we do.

However, if something does not fit or does not meet your expectations, feel free to return it. A return is possible within 14 days after the date you receive your product. Please follow the steps below.

1. To initiate the return process, please fill out the return form and include it with your returned items. 
Please be aware that without the return form, we will not be able to process your return.

2. Please send your package to the following address:

3. Send the package with the delivery provider of your choice.

4. Your items will be checked upon arrival. You will receive your refund within 5-14 days after we receive the returned package.

If you want to exchange an item, proceed as if you were returning it and reorder your favorite item in the appropriate color or size.

Please be aware that return shipping costs will be entirely paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that have not been returned to us in a resellable condition (e.g., labels removed, items worn or washed).
