Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but you should be fast. Once our warehouse has started picking your products, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

Shipping

Where are your products shipped from?

Our warehouse is in Germany. All products are shipped from there.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, but not worldwide. Currently we ship to the following countries:

How much does shipping costs?

The shipping fee depends on your location. Costs will be shown to you in the checkout process. We offer free shipping for orders over 90€ to Germany, free shipping for orders over 150€ to Europe and free shipping for orders over 200€ wordwide. Please check the specific countries here.

Do custom duties apply?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Depending on your country, custom duties may apply and are calculated once the shipment has arrived in the final destination. Rates vary and cannot be covered by us.

Returns, Complaints & Exchanges

How do I return a product?

If you do not love the product you ordered, you can return it within 14 days after the date you receive your order.

All items must be returned unused, without flaws and in their original packaging.

Once we have received and checked your returned product, you will receive your refund. The refund to your original payment method can take up to 5 days.

I received a damaged product. What can I do?

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us at support@existentialclothing.com with your full name and order number.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, products cannot be exchanged at this time.

However, you can return your products within 14 days from the date you receive your order, and you will be refunded for it. Returned items must be send with their original packaging and without any flaws. You can then order the product again in a different color/size.

What to consider when washing the clothes?

We want you to enjoy our existential apparel as long as possible.
Wash your existential pieces with similar colours and at max. 30°/85F. Using a drying rack instead of a dryer will help extend the longevity of your clothes. Please use the included laundry brag and remove the drawstrings from hoodies.
Prints and stitching should not be ironed.

Size and Fit

Our clothes are unisex and have a slightly oversized cut. Under each product you will find information about the models and the size they are wearing. You can also use our sizing chart to find the right product for you.

We believe that the right size is the size that makes you feel your best.
